The design is articulated through a privacy gradient: a fluid transition that organizes the space according to intensity of use. This zoning is not imposed by walls, but is expressed tangibly through a strategic progression of materials, textures, and lighting, guiding the user from vibrant social activity to the absolute silence of individual focus.
